Gastric triacylglycerol lipase

Function
Catalyzes the hydrolysis of triacylglycerols to yield free fatty acids, diacylglycerol, monoacylglycerol, and glycerol. Shows a preferential hydrolysis at the sn-3 position of triacylglycerol.
