What is lmmol?

lmmol stitches open public data into one navigable graph: proteins (UniProt/Swiss-Prot), clinical trials (ClinicalTrials.gov), diseases (Mondo), genes, GO terms, and compounds/drugs (ChEMBL/PubChem, with rendered structures) โ€” all cross-referenced, so you can walk from any one to the others. On top of that graph we openly publish lmctl-orchestrated review papers โ€” a curated, growing set of scientific surveys of key protein families and cross-family research topics, grounded in the cited primary literature.
